You love your dog to the moon and back, but those cute cell phone snapshots are stuck way back in your photo library and not doing you any good in there. I’ll help you decide how we can show off your amazing family members with a session that brings out their unique personality.

If you’ve ever said…
My dog is too hyper to sit still.
No worries! We’ll photograph action, personality, and movement, and when they’ve stretched their legs and gotten some zoomies out, we can try a more posed picture. I also have an arsenal of ideas and items for getting their attention!
I don’t want to be in the picture. I’m not photogenic.
I completely understand. This won’t be traditional ‘posing’. We’ll focus on you having fun with your dog, and you can be in the background if that makes you more comfortable.
I don’t have time for a big, lengthy photo session.
I’ve got you covered. While many of my clients want a relaxed, no-rush session, others have time constraints. We can make the session what you want and what fits your schedule, and I’ll always be upfront about what I can do for you for the amount of time you have available.
My dog is nervous/ reactive around new people and places.
That’s fine! We can do the session at a place where your dog is comfortable and somewhere without other dogs and people. I start slowly so your dog and I can get to know each other. Then I proceed with a longer lens from further away and work up to getting only as close as your dog is comfortable to allow. We’ll also take many breaks to give your dog a chance to sniff and enjoy being where we are. It’s about the dog first, and we make sure they’re happy.
My dog can’t be off-leash, but I love those action pictures.
Most dogs I photograph are leashed for safety, and I remove the leash when editing the images. Sometimes we use long lines, and all of that can be removed.

Then we can design the session around that vision, so you know what you will do with the art we create together before the day of your session. Then, all you have to do is show up and have fun!

Experiences are custom quoted and begin at $5000 and include a $1600 print credit.
Choose from hiking trails, beach walks, lake swims, mountain fun, or anything you can think of! These sessions are for those who crave an adventure and fun outings with their dog.
All adventures include a guided/scenic hike or walk, time for rest, and a picnic for the human foodie and their furry foodie.

Where will the sessions take place?
I’ll suggest a few locations to ensure we go to a place where your dog will have fun. This might be a hike, park, the beach, downtown or any place your dog is happy.
How many pets can I bring?
All the pets in your immediate family are welcome!
Do you offer end of life sessions?
My heart goes out to you and these are important sessions. Contact me by filling out the contact form so I can get back with you quickly, schedule the session, and then I will wait for your lead to know when you’re ready to see your images.
Do I have to be in the pictures?
Of course not at all, but there are creative ways to still have you present in the pictures without you being front and center, if you’d like.
Do you photograph other animals besides dogs and horses?
Yes! Cats, rabbits, birds… whatever pet you call your family member!
Will I get digital files?
Yes, the session comes with professionally edited, high-resolution digital files along with your artwork. 50+ images because I know I’ll have that many and it stands out more from the 30+ of the regular session.
Without my dog or horse, my wallet would be full, my house would be clean, but my heart would be empty and my walls would be boring.
